Campus Program
Be the first at your college.
The Humans of Code campus program is just getting started. We're looking for students at engineering colleges across India who want to build something real — a community that actually helps their batchmates get placed, not just finish courses.
No clubs exist yet. You'd be building the first one.
What You Get
We give you the tools. You build the community.
Workshop Playbooks
Step-by-step guides for running workshops at your college — built around what your batchmates actually need to get jobs. Show up and run the session.
Ambassador Network
You'll be part of a growing group of campus ambassadors across India. This network is being built right now. You're not joining something established — you're helping build it.
Official Recognition
Humans of Code ambassador certification. Something meaningful on LinkedIn — because it represents initiative and building something from scratch, not just attendance.
Content and Direct Support
Presentation decks, workshop content, and direct support from our team for your first few events. You won't be figuring it out alone.
How It Works
From application to first workshop in 4 weeks.
Apply online
Short application — who you are, which college, what you want to build. Takes 5 minutes.
Onboarding call
A call with the Humans of Code team to plan your first event and understand what support you'll get.
Launch your first session
Use one of our workshop playbooks to run your first event. We're available for support throughout.
Build your community
Monthly check-ins, ongoing content, and access to the ambassador network. This isn't a one-off — it grows over time.
Who This Is For
You don't need to be a topper. You need to give a damn.
We're looking for students who want to create something meaningful at their college — not for a resume bullet, but because they've seen the same learning problems we have and want to do something about it.
2nd or 3rd year preferred (enough experience, enough time left)
Basic coding skills — you don't need to be advanced, but you need to be real
Interest in community building, teaching, or organizing
Willingness to be first — this is a new program and you'll be building it with us, not following a playbook that's been running for years
Campus ambassadors lead coding clubs, run workshops, and help their peers build real skills that matter beyond the classroom.
You'll develop leadership, communication, and community-building skills while making a real impact.
The first clubs are being built right now.
Applications take 5 minutes. If you're selected, we'll set up a call within a week and your first workshop can happen within a month.
