Humans of Code (HOC Techlabs) is a venture studio based in Bangalore. We build technology companies from scratch — fast. Not an accelerator, not a VC. We are operators who ideate, fund, build, and launch.

Thesis-first
Every venture starts with a written thesis: the market, the user, the problem, and why now. No thesis, no build.
In-house build
All engineering, design, and product work happens inside the studio. We don't outsource our core.
90-day MVP rule
If we can't get something in front of real users within 90 days, we've overcomplicated it.
Spin-out or double-down
Ventures that show traction become independent companies. Those that don't are killed quickly.
